EV Charging Station

We have successfully completed the installation and setup of the new electric vehicle charging station. The installation of this new amenity aligns with our continued path to a more sustainable and clean energy community.

The station is for resident use only and therefore any interested residents with an electric vehicle that wishes to utilize the station will need to review and complete the EV charging registration form. Once submitted and approved, the KCA management staff will provide you with special instructions and information.

The new station has a dual port feature, whereas two (2) vehicles may charge at the same time and operates on a first come first serve basis. It is important to note, that although there are two ports, only one parking space is assigned/reserved. Please be mindful of the space(s) and its intended use.
We are looking for new committee members to serve on the Budget Finance Advisory Committee (BFAC) and the Kentlands Downtown Working Group (KDWG). If interested, please email

Electronic Facilities Passes (EFPs)

Electronic facilities passes grant residents access to Kentlands amenities such as the Pool, Courts, and Fitness Center.

EFPs do not need to be renewed on an annual basis if your lease and driver's license on file are valid.

Residents that have not received an EFP, or have lost it and require a replacement, should contact the Clubhouse at 301.948.2071.
  • Website login credentials are not needed to complete the waiver.
  • Residents and Guests 18 and older should complete their own waiver.
  • Residents and Guests 17 and younger must have their parent/guardian complete the waiver.
  • After submitting the Waiver an assigned Reference # at the top confirms the waiver was successfully submitted.
  • If you already have a waiver on file, you do not need to complete another form. Last year's waivers are still valid in 2022.
Residents can now cancel
their own tennis and pickleball
court reservations!

  • The resident that submitted the reservation can CANCEL/DELETE the reservation. No need to call the Clubhouse.
  • To self cancel, sign in to > For Residents > Court Reservations > My Reservations > Click Delete
  • Are you sure you wish to DELETE this reservation? Click OK (in blue)
  • Reservation removed automatically. No further notifications/emails sent.

For other assistance, call the Clubhouse at 301-948-2071 daily (except holidays), 9 AM – 9 PM, for staff to assist you.
Village Information
Dear Kentlands and Lakelands Residents who are 55 and over:
Please consider joining the Village at Kentlands and Lakelands as a social member, service member or volunteer.

We Need Volunteers!
Our volunteers help Kentlands and Lakelands residents who are 55 and older who need help with light chores and transportation or simply want someone to talk to.
We also are looking for volunteers to help with media, organizing events, fundraising and more.

We Need Members!
Some people join because of the social opportunities the Village provides. Others join because they need a little help so that they can remain independent. Whatever your reason, consider joining and being a part of this amazing program. Contact Jean Mocarski at or 240-449-9002 for information.

Visit our website to learn more about the Village and how it can be a great way to make new friends, find interesting things to do and/or get a little help. Check out our calendar which describes monthly events happening in Kentlands and Lakelands and in other Villages. Read our newsletters—Village News—which is full of valuable information about things to do. Also, look at our articles--Views from the Village—featuring topics of interest.

We have music from Moxie Blues and Karousel Band playing on the main stage plus Hepcat Hoodie playing in the Beer Garden. We also have a large children’s section on Market St. West with a movie playing, chalk and various other things to entertain. So there’s something for everyone.
