Kentucky's 2022 agricultural receipts
predicted to approach record-high $8 billion
University of Kentucky (UK) agricultural economists expect poultry to regain the top spot in Kentucky agriculture with a 20-percent market share of receipts. The list continues with soybeans and corn, both with 18 percent, equine with 16 percent, and cattle at 13 percent. (UK photo)

The conference, set for Jan. 3-4, with pre-conference events Jan. 2, will be at Sloan Convention Center in Bowling Green.

The Kentucky Department of Agriculture will continue to monitor these horses and immediately test them if symptoms appear.
