Dear brothers and sisters in our Lord Jesus, part of the growing repentance remnant, cleansing as His Bride, getting ready for His soon return as our Bridegroom-----
2 Corinthians 3:15-18
But even unto this day, when Moses is read, the vail is upon their heart. Nevertheless when it shall turn to the Lord, the vail shall be taken away. Now the Lord is that Spirit: and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty. But we all, with open face beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the Lord.
This scripture in 2 Cor 3 is a powerful chapter showing us how we move from the Flesh over to the Spirit, once we turn to Jesus. If you read the whole chapter, you will see how everyone that is still focusing on the natural, and wants to stay on the "Old Testament Way" of doing things, has is a veil hanging over their hearts. And thus these people struggle to see and understand what God has for them, nor can they begin to understand God's plans and ways.
Only once we REPENT and change our eye towards Jesus, looking unto Him, that veil lifts from our hearts, and we start seeing clearly what the Word and God's Will and Ways are all about. This is what Jesus also refers to as "being born from the Spirit" in John 3:1-21 when He was talking to Nicodemus. We can only enter this LIBERTY (which is a whole different level of Freedom) through the presence of the Holy Spirit - which Jesus explained would happen in John chapters 14 to 16, as well as in Luke 24:46-47.
And this is what is starting to happen more and more in Kenya, as our Kenyan Repentance Preachers are preaching, despite huge challenges, the message of Repentance week after week! People's lives are starting to change, as they continue to seek the Lord, and choose to Repent from all kinds of things that are holding them back.
For example, Bishop Antony is starting to see in his area, that his church he had originally started has become too small, and he had to take a step of faith to now build a bigger structure. They are moving slowly, as they are depending on funds to come in. But looking at the photo above, the structure has been making some real progress these last few weeks. They are moving towards roof height now, and soon will have to remove the current structure, in order for the roof to come up.
The growth of this church building, putting it together by their hands, is such a prophetic statement of the success of repentance preaching in Kenya.
And, As you can see from the photos above, Apostle Boaz also has been preaching week after week now at a church close to him, encouraging people to earnestly seek the Lord in kneeling down in a time of Repentance. Here follows his feedback of the testimonies that came afterwards just from this week's preaching.
Our service today under the power of the Holy Spirit
Topic: Where there is the Holy Spirit there is Liberty - 2 Corinthians 3:17
Great testimony of divine power - Restoration, Healings , Freedom followed
One lady was suffering from ulcers, after prayers she got instant healing
Another Woman come with swoleness in her stomach & God healed her, She was giving a testimony afterwards.
Yet another lady was healed from a stomach problem also
As you can see from this, that this is Mark 6:12-13 in action. When a person goes out to preach that people should repent, miracles follow, and people are delivered from all kinds of issues.
We want to ask you to please keep these preachers from Kenya in your prayers. As they are going through all kinds of personal trials and tests themselves with their families going through all kinds of issues. But they have discovered the Power of Preaching the Gospel, and specifically focusing on Repentance. And their churches are growing. People are getting healed, lives are being changed...and hey are growing little by little.
And they have wonderful plans of doing outreaches, and reaching more and more people in their communities, and even in neighboring areas - to lead people unto Repentance.
Apostle Boaz has an outreach planned for the 2nd week in December in Busia, and he still need funds to hire the required equipment in order to reach the people in Busia, which he had been wanting to do since April this year. In April he and his wife, son and some members from church were all involved in an accident - after coming from Busia - and in which his oldest/first born son passed away together with another boy and a worship leader from their congregation. And thus he had to re-schedule his plans. But he still has this fire burning in his heart to do this outreach. And is asking for support to bring this to pass. We will write more on this closer to the time.
