Unit Invoices & Payments

Scout Prize Order Deadline: Saturday, November 10
All prize orders are due by this Saturday! You can access the prize ordering system through the Popcorn System.
There's Still Time to Sell More Popcorn!
Don't forget to keep selling online through! Scouts (or parents of Scouts) can still create accounts and sell year-round. Scouts close to the $1,000 threshold for the Champions Program have until the December 14 to close the gap and get invited on January 19 (see next article).

Also, we're offering a Second Chance Sale until December 14!

If your unit needs more time to reach its sales goal or if your Scouts need more time to reach their goals or to be a Scout Champion, we have product available for holiday Show & Sells. Take advantage of Thanksgiving and the holiday shopping season!

Items are limited and based upon a first-come, first-served basis. Your unit will earn a 45% commission in lieu of the standard prize program. The Scouts’ second chance sales will count towards the Scout Champion program. You may return what you don't sell by December 14, so there's no risk! Units that returned more than 25% of their product during the traditional sale will not be able to participate.

**Please note this Second Chance Sale is outside of the traditional sale and will start after Order #3 pick-up this weekend. The traditional sale and standard prize program must still be closed-out according to the published deadlines.**

New Scout Champions Program
Scouts who sell $1,000 or more (including online sales!) will get an invite to a special Dave & Buster's Experience! Scouts selling $1,500 or more will also receive Amazon gift cards.

The event is scheduled for January 19, 2019 at the Penn's Landing Philadelphia location from 11 AM to 4 PM.

In order to qualify, Scouts (or parent of) are required to register a account so the unit coordinator can enter face-to-face sale amounts in the Trail’s End Scout tracking system. Watch the instructional video here.
