Kettlebell Basics is here!
Please read below all the information you need to know before signing up.
Kettlebells are an amazing resistance training tool that builds strength, power, endurance, and cardio conditioning! It is arguably one of the single most efficient training tools. Our certified instructors lead you through a head-to-toe conditioning workout of diaphragmatic breathing while bracing the core for protection and strength. You will build upper body, core, and lower body strength. However, before you can attend these classes a Kettlebell Basics Class is required. During this 1.5 hour hands-on training class we demonstrate the drills that incorporate full body tension, bracing, diaphragmatic breathing, and proper hinging at the hips. After completing the Kettlebell Basics Class, if you decide to continue your training with us, you will be required to attend four additional kettlebell training classes. These four classes will follow directly after your Basics Class and will be held for two weeks. This is not optional. It is critical for your progress that you practice these new skills to gain proficiency and prevent injury. Furthermore, it establishes the basic skills needed to actively participate in our regular kettlebell classes.

Members (Cardio+ Year Membership) Read Here:
Kettlebells Basics is on Saturday, August 13th at 10:15am-11:45am and you must stay for the whole class. If you can not make the 13th but would still like to take the basics, send us a chat on wix or reply here to set up a personal Kettlebell Basics. This personal must be done BEFORE August 13th and the cost is $50. After you've attended Kettlebell Basics, if you decide from there that you would like to continue doing kettlebells you will be required to attend four more kettlebell training classes before you can join our regularly scheduled kettlebell classes. Those training classes will be:
-Monday, August 15th at 6:30pm,
-Wednesday, August 17th at 6:30pm,
-Friday, August 19th at 5:30pm and
-Wednesday, August 24th at 6:30pm.
From there if you would like to continue taking our kettlebell classes you can upgrade to our Ultimate Package, which includes all the classes you are already taking plus our kettlebell classes! It is only $10 more a month than your current rate. Please email back or message us through Wix if you are planning on attending the Kettlebell Basics Class on Saturday, August 13th!

Non-Members, Month to Month, 8 Single Sessions Read Here:
To attend Kettlebells Basics, it is $50. Class is on Saturday, August 13th at 10:15am-11:45am and you must stay for the whole class. If you can not make the 13th but would still like to take the basics, send us a chat on wix or reply here to set up a personal Kettlebell Basics. This personal must be done BEFORE August 13th. After you've attended Kettlebell Basics, if you decide from there that you would like to continue doing kettlebells you will be required to attend four more kettlebell training classes before you can join our regularly scheduled kettlebell classes. These four training classes will be $50 total. This way you can continue to get better and make an informed decision before signing up for a membership. Those training classes will be:
-Monday, August 15th at 6:30pm,
-Wednesday, August 17th at 6:30pm,
-Friday, August 19th at 5:30pm and
-Wednesday, August 24th at 6:30pm.
