Message From Fran 
 
Let me begin this newsletter with a message to all Mothers - Happy Mothers Day - you are unique and special and for that we are all grateful.

It would seem that we are created with many physical needs.  The need to be flexible, stable, strong and powerful mold our daily lives. To address these needs, the studio will begin offering Kettlebells for strength building, Restorative Yoga for wellness and rejuvination and Zumba Sentao for pure fun!

The Zumba Sentao™ workout takes the thrill of the fitness-party and partners it with explosive, chair-based choreography to strengthen, balance and stabilize your core, and step up your cardio work in a whole new way. Grab a chair, feel the beat and learn how to use your own body weight to enhance muscle strength, improve definition and endurance, and tone your physique. Strut, shake and shimmy as you work your core (and work the chair) in a high-energy fitness-party that will keep you on the edge of your seat!

Why add Kettlebells to the studio schedule?
 

FRAN'S EXPERIENCE
It became apparent to me about a year ago that my left Gluteus Maximus was not turning on and I was having a lot of pelvic pain.  I needed to find a way to fire that Glut and get it to stay on! 

A dear friend and mentor of mine was working with Kettlebells.  After some research I decided to give it a try and through him I found Tracy Reifkind.  The journey of rediscovering my core through a whole new paradigm began.  And yes that Glut refused to turn on, but after  "The Swing" my glut now works and I am injury free.

The studio to thrilled to have Tracy teaching her wonderful training program!
