Those seeking multi-family or townhome living spaces within Kettlestone will not have much longer to wait. Progress on both the Cove at Kettlestone Apartments and the Cove at Kettlestone Townhomes is moving quickly. Located near the intersection of SE University Avenue and SE Waco Place, the apartments are made up of three buildings, each with 72 units. 384 parking spaces will be available. The Cove at Kettlestone Townhomes will feature 17 row home buildings with a total of 137 units.
SE Bishop Drive was recently completed, which will provide more access for future residents. 
Knapp Office Building Construction Underway

Construction is underway at the site of the Knapp Office Development in Kettlestone. The site plan was approved in August, and the 93,740 sq. ft. building is soon to be a reality at its location along Grand Prairie Parkway north of Ashworth Road. In addition to a modern building, the site will also integrate trails, green spaces and the ponds shown above. The goal for completion is December 2017.  

Chris Costa with Knapp Properties recently told KCCI 8 News that a hotel, a bank and a retail center are also in the works as potential additions to Knapp land along the Kettlestone Corridor.
