We are pleased to announce that Kevin Pierro successfully completed all coursework and passed the Certified Financial Planner, CFP® Exam.
For over 18 years, we have demonstrated an unwavering commitment to always do what is in the best interest of our clients. Inherent in this commitment is staying current on the latest tools and technologies; investment products and strategies; and emerging knowledge, skills and certifications intended to better serve our clients.
Kevin’s pursuit of the CFP® demonstrates his commitment to helping our clients live their BEST lives. CFP® professionals take a holistic, personalized approach to bring all the pieces of your financial life together. Before anyone can call themselves a CFP® professional, they must meet rigorous education, examination, experience and ethical requirements. In addition, as part of the certification, CFP® professionals make a commitment to the CFP Board to act as a fiduciary when providing financial advice to a client. This means they have agreed to put your best interests first.
Passing the CFP® Exam positions Kevin well to pursue his particular interest in making a difference for the younger generation, a group that has not historically had access to high-quality planning at a reasonable cost. He believes that with student debt at all-time highs, increasing pressure on employees to take more responsibility for their retirement, and different attitudes regarding money, younger people have a pressing need for financial planning and investing advice.
Kevin joined Financial Independence in 2018 after receiving his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus in Financial Services from Bryant University. He resides in Providence, RI and enjoys the outdoors, sports, traveling, and spending time with friends.
Please join me in congratulating Kevin on this significant milestone (firstname.lastname@example.org). Should you want additional information on the CFP® Certification and its importance in the work we do on your behalf, please do not hesitate to call.
