Hello NECCF Community,

The NECCF Fall Forum delivered an impactful day of discussions centered on the theme of the day: “Managing Through Change.” The final panel discussion of the day, “Managing Through Organizational Change,” offered valuable insights for attendees navigating complex changes within their organizations. Whether facing growth challenges, acquiring another firm, or being acquired, this panel of experts shared their experiences and tips for effectively managing through organizational change.

Aileen Rocheleau, Erin McGinnis, Michael Pace, and Kurt Grabner provided practical advice on handling mergers, acquisitions, and other transformations, leaving participants with key takeaways on how to lead successfully through these transitions.

Through thought-provoking sessions and meaningful networking opportunities, participants left the event with actionable insights and new perspectives to implement within their teams. The forum fostered a collaborative environment where industry leaders shared their experiences and learned practical approaches to managing change.

The Connors Center, nestled on an 80-acre estate in Dover, Massachusetts, provided a picturesque backdrop with more than 50,000 square feet of event and meeting space.

Owned and operated by Boston College and situated fewer than 20 miles from Boston, the Connors Center offers a peaceful retreat in a conveniently accessible location, just minutes off either 128 or the Mass Pike.

We appreciate your participation and look forward to seeing you at future NECCF events! Stay Connected to NECCF as we will be announcing dates for our Virtual Workshops this winter.
