December 2021 Newsletter

What an unbelievable two years it has been! Through the highs and lows of a global pandemic, the arts teach us that we need each other now more than ever - to learn and imagine a healthier world, to find joy and celebrate our shared accomplishments.

We could not be more honored by our progress and direction, nor be more inspired by our relationships and collaborations across the country and the Americas.

We are thrilled to announce that LCAC was selected by staff at the Colorado Health Foundation to receive a $10,000 holiday donation for our commitment to improving the mental health of Coloradans through programs like OfrendasDe todo corazón - THANK YOU!

“Latino Cultural Arts Center (LCAC) is a growing organization that connects Latin@s with art and economic opportunity, and elevates our cultures. Thanks to LCAC, I’ve had the chance to be inspired by artists and creative experiences across the state. LCAC has enormous potential, and I can’t wait to see what they do next!” - CHF Team member

We could not do this without your apoyo /support, Comunidad. We are 40 people away from reaching our year-end goal of 100 monthly supporters giving an average of $26. Our goal is to organize a Comunidad of 2,026 monthly donors by the end of 2026. Members of this Comunidad are giving from $10 to $40 or more each month and have special access to everything we do.

If you also believe in the boundless potential of the LCAC, I proudly invite you to join us! We are just getting started. You do not want to miss this. I have a feeling that 2022 will be our best year yet.

As we prepare to turn the page on 2021, and wish you and your family a Happy Holiday Season, we want to recap just a few of our proudest moments!

¡Feliz Navidad y Prospero Año Nuevo!

Un fuerte abrazo / Hugs from the LCAC Team,

Executive Director
