Vaccination Proof for Indoor Activities (Key to NYC)

As of August 17th, people 12 years and older are required to show proof they have received at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine authorized for emergency use by the FDA or WHO for:
  • indoor dining
  • indoor fitness
  • indoor entertainment
Find out if your business is included in the image below.

For businesses covered by this requirement:

  • Place the Vaccination Required Poster for Businesses (PDF) in a place that is clearly visible to people before they enter your business. If your business does not have access to a printer please contact us and we will have one dropped off.

  • Develop a written implementation plan that will be available for inspection. This should include how you will check the vaccination status of staff and customers before they enter — or immediately after they enter — your business.

We will continue to monitor any updates and keep everyone informed. Please reach out to our Senior Manager Angel Hart at ahart@licpartnership.org with any questions or concerns.
