β€œAll our dreams come true if we have the courage to pursue them."

Walt Disney

Everyone loves a great success story. The journey to fame or prosperity often begins inside an ordinary person or group who gain courage, take a leap of faith, and work hard to bring their dream to life.

Sixty years ago a group of developers planned a vacation spot on Lake Texoma. It became the renowned Tanglewood Resort near Denison and is still there today. Another success story was Wiley Post. He could have lived in his hometown of Grand Saline and worked in the salt mines but instead he dreamed of setting aviation records and flying around the world.

County Line Magazine is a source of thousands of stories about places and people in the Upper East Side of Texas that have achieved success. We are privileged to provide stories about people and communities who sparked developments and lasting progress. Our eMagazine offers new stories about people and their ideas every week and our calendar includes the latest events, exhibits, and shows in the region. β€” Lisa Tang
