The Williston City Commission will address the mobile food truck ordinance at its June 26 meeting.
MyNDNow.com - More food options could be coming soon to Williston. "It's a little overwhelming to think of all the choices, all the opportunity that would open up being in the city," says Daisy Burgara, owner of Tacos La Mexicana. The current city ordinance limits the operation of food trucks to events sponsored by the city, fair, or CVB. The regulations have been in place since 2012. "Our goal even though we're looking to accommodate new businesses in a mobile fashion, will be to continue maintaining transportation networks so there's no impact to safety, no impact to traffic," says city administrator, David Tuan.  Read More     Williston Herald: Mobile Food Truck Vendors anxious to being operating in Williston
