Our Annual Sunset Reception celebrates our 2024 theme - Preserve, Restore, Reuse. The stone house was built in 1935 by builders Parker and Gamble of Pasadena, the architect was Robert H. Ainsworth also of Pasadena. Now restored and adaptively reused as an event space for the Claremont Club, this home is a good example of preservation at its best - saving a historic structure that was once threatened with demolition.

We will honor the homeowners of the 2024 Home Tour homes and celebrate the recent passing of the Cultural Heritage Preservation Ordinance by the City of Claremont.

$75/person includes a tour of this historic home. If not sold out, Tickets at the door $100/person. Dress to Impress!

NOTE: This home is not usually open to the public, and this is an opportunity to view one of Claremont's most historic homes up-close and personal.

Claremont, CA - Claremont Heritage is delighted to announce its highly anticipated 42nd Annual Home Tour, themed "Preserve, Restore, Reuse," taking place on Sunday, October 13th, 2024, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. We are excited to invite you to join us in celebrating 42 years of showcasing Claremont's historic homes.
