Another terrific Annual Meeting! On Tuesday, May 21, 2019, we held the 22nd Annual Meeting of the Lincoln Square Business Improvement District and it was a wonderful event, full of community members, stakeholders, and neighbors. Thank you to Fordham University for providing us with delicious food for the breakfast and a great meeting space. We were so excited to hear from two terrific guest speakers - Henry Timms, President and CEO of Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts, and Samuel I. Schwartz, President and CEO of Sam Schwartz Transportation Consultants - and delighted that Council Member Helen Rosenthal and Manhattan Borough President Gale Brewer also joined us.

At our meeting, we also presented our Fiscal Year 2020 budget which increased primarily due to increases in the minimum wage. You can download an online copy of our 2019 Annual Report, which highlights accomplishments from this past year, and details the Fiscal Year 2020 budget and financial statements. Additionally, for the first time, we have put together a data report Lincoln Square by the Numbers, which you can download here. We will continue to update the data as time progresses to ensure accuracy. Click here to view some excellent photos from the event.
