A message from your District Administrator

Dear School District of Wisconsin Dells Community Members,


Please take a moment to review this month’s edition of our e-newsletter. District officials have put together a variety of articles to keep our district’s constituents up-to-date on a variety of topics at all levels of our schools. If you need additional information, please do not hesitate to reach out to acquire more details. Thank you! 

 

Dear Parents & Caregivers,

 

The first month of the 2023-24 school year has flown by, and we are now sending out our October newsletter article. To date, the school year has been an enormous success, with a smooth transition for the vast majority of students. Everyone from the support staff, teachers, students, and parents has contributed to this strong start. Thank you to everyone for contributing to the strong start!   


 Next week is homecoming, and this ongoing tradition will see various dress-up days, extra-curricular contests, and the traditional homecoming football game. Kick-off is scheduled for Friday, October 13, 2023, at 7:00 p.m. Prior to kick-off at 6:30 p.m., the district will be inducting eleven deserving former student-athletes into the WDHS Hall of Fame.  ...READ MORE

Free Breakfast for All SDWD Students for the 2023-2024 School Year

All students in the School District of Wisconsin Dells are welcome to enjoy a free breakfast each day of the 2023-2024 school year. The Wisconsin Dells Education Foundation, along with many generous donors, raised money to provide meals to this community's students. Breakfast will be offered before the start of school every morning at each building in the district, and students are welcome to stop in and enjoy a nutritious meal at no cost to the family. ...READ MORE

Dress-up Days for Homecoming Week

Homecoming festivities kick off on Monday, October 9th, with different dress-up days for each school. Prior to the traditional Friday night homecoming football game, at 6:30 p.m., SDWD will induct eleven former student-athletes into the WDHS Hall of Fame. With kick-off starting at 7:00 p.m., we hope to see all students and families there to support our WD Chiefs as they play the Poynette Pumas.
