Food Of the Month (F.O.M.) - Avocados
Avocados are loaded with healthy fats! Similar to Olive Oil, it contains a large amount of fat called, monounsaturated Oleic Acid. This is a great source of healthy fat to consume for weight loss.

Walking for 20 - 30 minutes a day. Any exercise that increases your heart rate is great, Yes, that includes walking! This is a great way to increase your cardiovascular health, strengthen your bones, reduce body fat, and increase muscle power!
