Scholarship application process now open
Applications are now being received for Women of the ELCA scholarships. Scholarships for laywomen assist Lutheran women studying for a career other than ordained ministry. 

Scholarships for ordained ministry assist Lutheran women during their final year at an ELCA seminary. Candidates must be preparing for ordained ministry in the ELCA and endorsed by their synodical candidacy committee.

Make a difference in your congregation and community by applying for a Raising Up Healthy Women and Girls Seed Grant. Seed grants enable groups in active Women of the ELCA units to add a project that is focused on health and wellness for women and girls. Award amounts are up to $2000. Learn more and apply today!
The kingdom of God
Join Gather for a brand new four-part Bible study beginning in January, written by New Testament scholar Mark Allan Powell. The series, “The kingdom of God,” will look at this widely used biblical image and invite us into a discussion of what it might mean for Lutheran women today.
