It is important for our teachers to keep an open communication with parents to ensure that your child receives the best possible care and education. These are the following ways we will stay connected! ​

Scheduled Meetings
Please dress your child in comfortable clothes every day.
We will be busy moving around and engaging in lots of activities and it is important for your child to be able to participate with ease. ​
Please send your child in sneakers with velcro.
For their own safety, children are not allowed to wear crocs, heels, flip flops, or sandals. Shoes must be safe and secure for playground equipment and outdoor play. ​
Please send extra clothes (including undergarments and socks).
Potty, spills, and activity-related accidents can happen during the day!​
Winter Season
Please send winter accessories (hat, scarf, gloves) for colder days. Children will have outdoor recess as long as weather conditions are acceptable. ​
Summer Season
Classroom temperatures may change throughout the day especially when the AC running. Please send a sweater or lightweight jacket in case your child feels chilly in the classroom. ​
 All personal items must be labeled clearly with your child’s name.
We offer both AM and PM snacks along with a cup of milk 
(or water if your child prefers).
PM snacks are offered to full-time children only. ​
The following are snacks we offer:
Animal crackers, graham crackers, club crackers, cheez-its, pretzels, multigrain cheerios, cinnamon crunch cereal, goldfish, cheese sandwiches, bagels, bread rolls, muffins, croissant, yogurt,
and a variety of fruits.
If you would like to send snacks from home, please make sure they are nutritious and nut-free.
No sweets please!​

Personal Water Bottle

Please send a water bottle everyday.
It helps us be eco-friendly by saving the number of cups we use daily!​

We welcome birthday celebrations in the classroom!
They are usually organized during snack time or after lunch time. 
Please speak with your child’s teacher to schedule.​
The following treats are welcome for birthdays:​
Nut-free cake, cupcakes, donuts, cookies, ice cream cups with spoons, brownies, or fruit. ​
Party favors are welcome,
but please make sure to not include items that are a choking hazard. ​
Health & Safety First!
We are committed to prioritizing your child's health and safety by continuing to take the following measures to keep our school safe for everyone!

  • Routine cleaning, disinfecting, and sanitizing of objects & surfaces
  • Frequent washing of hands with soap & water
  • Use of alcohol-based hand sanitizer as needed
  • Use of disposable gloves as needed
  • Constant visual inspection of signs of illness
  • Regular temperature checks
  • Communicating to staff and parents the importance of staying home when sick

Our staff and teachers will do their best to create a
healthy and safe learning environment for our children to grow and thrive.
We will continue to pray for God's protection over our families and that this pandemic will soon pass!
