EVENT DAY DETAILS

We hope you are getting as excited as we are!

Here are some quick details to help you get ready for the big day!

1. Kids (and parents) running the course, you will get muddy, wet and slimed! Remember to bring a change of clothes, shoes and a towel. We recommend bringing a plastic bag as well to put the wet or muddy clothes in for the drive home.
2. This event is rain or shine. There is no rain date. In case of severe weather, the event will be cancelled.
3. If you cannot pre-register, please arrive 30 minutes before your heat time to register and reach the starting line.
4. Free parking is available on-site, but space is limited, so carpooling is highly encouraged.
5. Cash or cheque donations can be brought to the registration tent on event day. Don't forget to complete your donation form for any cash donations.
6. Don't forget your stuffed animal for the Teddy Bear Clinic! (More details below).

Your child is invited to bring along their favourite teddy bear or stuffed animal for a fun “check-up” with the incredible staff from the Children’s Health Unit.

At the clinic, you and our caring experts will:

• Check your stuffy’s heart rate
• Make sure they’re feeling their very best
• Even give them a cast if they need a little extra TLC!

It’s a fun, hands-on way for kids to learn, explore, and feel inspired by our amazing healthcare heroes.

Forgot your furry friend at home? No problem!

Stop by the Brand Blvd. Teddy Bear Tent, where you can pick up a brand-new teddy bear with a donation to the Children’s Health Unit, giving your child a new friend and supporting an incredible cause.

This year we're excited to announce we will be giving away prizes to the top 5 individual fundraisers and top 3 teams!

Additionally, all participants who raise $50 or more will be entered into a draw to win more incredible prizes! The more money you raise, the more entries into the draw you get.
