Kiln Updates
Large Kiln #1 - The issues with the electrical box that caused the kiln to go down have been resolved. A test was performed and the kiln is back up and running. The kiln can now be scheduled for use.
Firebox Kiln - This kiln will be available to use beginning Sunday, May 24.
Kiln signup sheets and kiln paper can be found on the counter to the left of the kiln.
Many of our firing schedules have been added to this kiln, tested, and adjusted to get the best results. Being a new kiln, this kiln runs a lot hotter than our other kilns so adjustments have been made accordingly. The firing schedules that have been added to this kiln can not be changed. If you need a modified firing schedule then please use one of the other kilns.
In order for you to sign up to use this kiln, you must have attended an orientation on how to run it.
Sharon Dawe or Sandy Rivera will be available in the Glass Room the following days & times to offer this orientation:
Thursday, May 21 - 12pm-12:30pm
Friday, May 22 - 9:30am-10am
Saturday, May 23 - 9:30am-10am
Other times will be announced soon.

Susan Herriford asked me to share this with our club members, she will be out of town June 3-13 and not available to sell glass. Please plan accordingly.
