There is never a shortage of kindness at TCGIS. It is seen in the warm smiles of staff and students. In the cheerful “Morgen!” and “Tschüss!” exchanges that start and end the day. On buses, as big kids buddy-up with little ones. In year-end car parades, pandemic-style Halloween celebrations, not to mention potluck lunches and intern breakfasts filled with homemade goodies (pre-COVID of course!). Kindness is abundant at TCGIS; it is a value we hold dear. And it is just one of the ways that together, we are strong!

Your gift at work Last year, we began work with the local racial equity education nonprofit, AMAZEworks, to provide anti-bias training for TCGIS staff, administration and the Board. You donated $5000 last May to ensure we can continue to provide anti-racism training for educators this school year. Thank you! Why give to TCGIS? As a public charter school, TCGIS receives fewer per pupil dollars from the State of Minnesota compared to other public schools because we do not benefit from property taxes. While we pride ourselves on being efficient with the dollars we have, when you give to TCGIS, you help us do more.
