We help young people, especially those furthest from opportunity, envision and

achieve high opportunity careers in our regional economy.


As a regional hub for career connected learning we

  • increase equitable participation,
  • build network capacity, and 
  • champion a cohesive and responsive regional ecosystem



through a collaborative network of K-12, higher education, industry, labor, and community-based organizations.

Funding Available for Building Career Connected Learning Programs

Is your organization interested in building or expanding career connected learning programs for young people, especially students furthest from opportunity?


Email us to register for our October 26th Information Session for Current and Prospective Program Builders or to meet individually. We will share best practices and provide technical assistance for a head start on upcoming RFPs.


Anticipated RFP release dates:

Round 10 Funding: November, 2022

Round 11 funding: March, 2022

Career Connect Washington Adds Sector Intermediaries

We would like to extend our congratulations to:

  • Agriculture and Natural Resource Center of Excellence
  • Professional Educator Standards Board (PESB), in partnership with Center for Strengthening the Teaching Profession (CSTP)
  • Life Science Washington


These Sector Intermediaries will develop and implement industry-aligned and coherent sectoral strategies that support Career Connected Learning programs (i.e. Career Explore, Career Prep, and Career Launch) in the Agriculture, Education, and Life Sciences sectors.


These join the seven selected during our previous RFPs to provide comprehensive engagement across ten priority sectors.
