While the identity of some of the inline retail and pad site tenants have not yet been announced, interest continues to grow in not only the King Soopers anchored center represented by the Crosbie Real Estate Group, but for the adjacent retail development opportunities as well. David Hicks Lampert is representing the 17 acres to the west of the Vista Ridge Marketplace where approximately 9 pad sites are envisioned along Highway 7 along with an inline retail building and junior boxes. Grading to accommodate the retail center spine road and 144 apartments is currently underway.
West one mile at Bonanza Drive is a 20 acre site currently anchored by Kum and Go and represented by Jay Landt of Colliers International. This signalized corner pulls traffic from Erie's Vista Ridge and Airport neighborhoods and Broomfield's Anthem neighborhood.
