This quarter we would like to highlight one of our own employees, Ryan Wilson. Ryan is the Risk Management Coordinator at Kinney Pike Insurance and manages our risk management and safety services division, Northern Safety Solutions. Before his job at Kinney Pike, Ryan graduated from Keene State College with a double major – BS in Management and a BS in Occupational Safety and Health Applied Science. He then went on to earn his master's degree in Safety & Occupational Health Science. Ryan started with Kinney Pike in 2015 and, over the last five years, he has helped create targeted programs that offer a broad range of services and practical advice to support our insureds unique risk management needs.
Ryan and the Northern Safety Solutions' Loss Control team, which includes Shelie Richardson (Healthy & Wellness Specialist/ Account Manager) and Steve Myers (Risk Management Consultant, Safety Resources) work closely with clients to review exposures and loss histories, identify significant claim trends & risk areas, and develop the appropriate resources and tools to reduce the potential for loss.
