In past years, the Association has not always been successful in establishing a quorum at the first attempt to hold the Annual meeting. The legal requirements now make it even more difficult to establish a quorum. We are asking ALL OWNERS to complete a Proxy so that you can be counted as present even if you are not in attendance. In order to complete the Proxy properly, you MUST indicate the name of the person you want to vote on your behalf. If you do not know any other owner who will be attending the meeting, the directors identified below are expected to attend.

2. Mary Robinson, Vice President
3. Vacant, Secretary/ Treasurer
Again, even if you plan on attending the meeting in person, please complete the proxy and return it by 5:00 p.m. on February 20, 2019. This will help ensure a quorum is present in the event you cannot attend at the last minute. If you send in a Proxy and then attend in person, the Proxy will be returned to you and you can vote in person at the meeting. Please fax or mail the proxy so it will be in the hands of BFMC Property Management by February 20, 2019. If you have any questions, contact BFMC at 972-644-3801.
REMEMBER, one lucky homeowner who attends the meeting and paid their 2019 dues by December 31, 2018 (plus any other outstanding balances) will win a FULL REFUND OF THEIR 2019 DUES.
