Here is the reveal!

This is the Bread & Butter Table Runner Pattern

Group Project for our Virtual Quilt Retreat

Pattern by Studio 180 Design

You are going to have fun making this table runner! It uses the Deb Tucker Trimmer 1. If you are in our Liberty Island BOM, you have this ruler. If not, you will love it! You can make Half Square Triangles with it, Quarter Square Triangles and Hour Glass Triangles. The star points are Hour Glass. You make over sized blocks and then trim them down so they end up perfect!! Happy dance!

Deb Tucker has many helpful YouTube videos. HERE is the one on how the Tucker Trimmer works.

For this retreat, you had a sign up fee (to cover our special guest and other overhead). For our "Goodie Box" you can choose what you purchase. We hope you do sew along with us on the group project.

Meet Joanne Gray!

A lot of pattern makers I know are "math people." Joanne is a retired engineer and is a pattern maker! *Surprise!!* Joanne lives in the Soo in the Upper Peninsula, and is coming to my shop because I have all the equipment for going on Zoom. You know, overhead cameras and such.

Joanne surprised me by creating a special pattern just for us!! Those who sign up for the retreat will be receiving it. It's called The Negaunee Star. She will also be offering her other patterns for sale during the retreat too. She will be bringing the miniature quilts for which she is known for a trunk show.

Joanne LOVES the Studio 180 Deb Tucker rulers and has them all. Each ruler makes so many different sized blocks, and I feel you will love them as much as I do. They are truly a game changer! In using these rulers, all blocks are made bigger and then trimmed down. It's SEW FUN to work with perfect blocks. I know I am going to add these tools to my tool chest!

Do you want more sewing than just the table runner?

I am kicking around offering this pattern and curating it with some of our fabrics, too. I can certainly see it in Kim Diehl prints. How about you?

This pattern uses the Deb Tucker Wing Clipper 1 tool. It's a great tool, and if you are in our Liberty Island BOM, you have it!

Maybe you'll want to make it after the retreat. What are your thoughts? Let me know.
