LAST WEEK

MEMBERS ELECT LEADERS FOR 2024/2025

Members elected officers and directors to begin terms on October 1 at last week's meeting. Thank you all members who attended to constitute a quorum. This was the session of the annual club meeting for elections. The first session, January 6 adjourned to allow the Nominating Committee more time to develop a slate.

Tom Watson, who was elected last year as president-elect, was elected to the presidency. (This and the terms of other positions below unless otherwise noted begin on October 1, 2024.)

Current director Harry Spencer will be our next president-elect.

President Amy will continue to provide valuable leadership as she graduates to become our immediate past president.

Secretary Bob Uzenoff was reelected to that position.

Dan Lerner was reelected treasurer.

Frank Ferrara, Harvey Luft, Jim McMorris, John Moran, and Lisa Wexler were elected to begin two-year terms as directors on October 1.

Woody Bliss, Karen Chrisley, Phyllis Gary, and Steve Thomas were elected to two year terms as directors last year, an so will begin their second year as directors on October 1.

Harry Spencer, also in his first year as a director, will complete his first year as a director on October 1 when he becomes president-elect, and so we need to elect a nominee to complete Harry's second year, beginning October 1. President Amy has nominated Dave Burns for that position. See the meeting information for March 30 for more details.
