MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND FAIR
By Tom Watson
| |
We had 46 volunteers this year, including over 10 Key Clubbers.
Financial results will be available in the future.
Each of Friday and Saturday we sold so much we ran out of hot foods.
Thank you everyone for your part in making this a successful event. If you visited the fair more than once, no, you weren't seeing double, or triple, or …. I want to acknowledge very big and multiple shift efforts from each of Dave Burns, Harry Falber, Frank Ferrara, Jim McMorris, and Steve Thomas and special thanks to Julia Braden and Alison Lisbon for use of the Weston Senior Activities Center.

Kiwanis was the only food vendors of seven with proceeds going to charity. Notice our new Kiwanis-branded tent!
Denise Murillo, Amy Jenner, Steve Thomas, and Reed Ameden in a quiet moment.
Harry Falber in a rare moment when he wasn't selling raffle tickets or serving cold drink.
Jim McMorris and daughter Emma McMorris kept our point-of-sale charge options alive and efficiently processed orders.
Greeter, raffle ticket seller, and goodwill ambassador Kim Burns out in the crowd making a good impression and sale.
These gentlemen opened their phones for President Amy after she convinced she had the winning raffle tickets to sell both of them.
