Dear Customer,

We are pleased to offer for sale this fully operational line for cooking, cooling, and forming of hard candies.

Plain, filled and striped candies can be automatically produced on this line at outputs of up to 1500kgs/hr.

Age 1996
2 cooked syrup outlets discharging onto a stainless steel conditioning band (band just 2 years old)
Powder and liquid feeders for colour, flavour, acid etc
Stainless Steel cooling / conditioning band with turn-over units / ploughs and water tempering devices
Electrical panel
Inclined cooked product discharge conveyors feeding;
2 x vertical batch rollers
Twin screw Togum candy extruder for making striped products
Vertical rope sizer
Otto Hansel forming line comprising;
Strada 1200 former for chain type dies
3 tier refrigerated cooler
