Meeting Minutes
January Business Meeting Minutes
Thanks to those who attended the business meeting last Thursday!

Please click on the link below to review the minutes and advise if have any questions or updates needed. These minutes will also be available on our website soon.

Our next business meeting will be on February 6, 2020. It will be back to the St. Michael Large Hall and as usual, dinner will start at 6:30pm.

YOUR HELP IS NEEDED!!!
One of our biggest fundraisers for the year is only 3 weeks away!

We need your help with the tasks that need to be done leading up to the event and during the event itself.

Here are some ways you can help:

  • The next 2 weekends we will also have a table at St. Charles to sell tickets after every mass. If you go to mass at St. Charles, please consider signing up to help for a few minutes. This is also a great opportunity to recruit new members!

  • If you have sporting event tickets (sports, performances), condos, timeshares, art, jewelry, services, please consider making a donation to the council and we will use it to raise funds during the auction.

  • If you would like to purchase a sponsorship of the event as marketing for your business or know of someone who could be a sponsor, please let us know.

  • You can also help visit vendors around Livermore to solicit donations that we can use for the auction and raffles.

  • Lastly, sign up to help during the event! It is always a blast and a god time to catch up with brothers that you may not have seen in a while!

2020 Walk for Life
Join fellow Catholics and Pro‐Lifers from all over California and beyond as we stand up for the littlest among us at the 16th Annual Walk for Life West Coast in San Francisco on January 25, 2020.

There will be Mass at 8:30 AM at St. Michael's, followed by a rosary and hospitality in the courtyard. The rally begins at 12:30 PM in San Francisco’s Civic Center Plaza, and the Walk, down the city’s Market Street, begins at 1:30 PM. Visit www.walkforlifewc.com for more information.
