Dues Notice Delivery Request
money_grass.jpg
The time for dues notices is approaching. To make sure we direct our dollars to charitable causes, our worthy Financial Secretary, Brian Littrell, and I would like deliver as many notices as possible by email this year. Considering that we have ~400 members, if everyone got their dues notices by email, it would save our council ~$200 that we could use to help those in need.

However,  you have to respond to the message sent last week or we will need to send the notice by US Mail . If you want to receive by US Mail that is ok. You also have the choice to receive by both email and US Mail if that is your preference.

Thank you to the half of the council that has already replied! If you did not reply already, please reply NOW...don't put it off until later .  I need responses by the beginning of December so that Brian can complete his dues collection responsibility to the council.

Also -  thank you in advance for your prompt payment  - it takes a lot of work on Brian's part when brothers forget to pay on time and it costs the council money when we need to send additional notices...please help us keep our funds going where they do the most good rather than to the US Postal Service.
