Dear Friends of Everest Academy,
With the 2021-2022 school year well under way, I hope you are delighting in the return to some normalcy. It is wonderful to, once again, join our students, families, faculty, and staff for weekly Mass. Not to mention the return of indoor sporting events like volleyball—Go Lady Knights!
This year will also mark the return of our Annual Benefit Gala, on November 13th, to its original format. While last year’s mini galas were a great success, it will be great to be together under one roof again.
As we prepare for the Gala, His Holiness Pope Benedict XVI’s address to Catholic educators in 2008, comes to mind. The Most Holy Father declared,
“[Catholic Schools are] an outstanding apostolate of hope, seeking to address the material, intellectual and spiritual needs of over three million children and students. It also provides a highly commendable opportunity for the entire Catholic community to contribute generously to the financial needs of our institutions. Their long-term sustainability must be assured.”
You can be a champion for Everest Academy. You can help lead the mission to Form Christian Leaders who transform the world.
Thank you for joining the mission and supporting our, “outstanding apostolate of hope.”
Yours in Christ,
Sebastian Abbinanti
Chair of the Everest Academy Board of Trustees
