When using Crazy Zauberball for a shawl, you will probably knit with a larger needle, maybe US #5 or 6, rather than the US #1 - 3 that’s used for socks. A larger needle means that the work goes faster so you can have a Hitchhiker done by Christmas. For yourself or for a gift.
