On November 17, 2024, at 6:00 PM, the Corazón Indigenous Dinner offers a groundbreaking culinary experience. Indigenous chefs from the Arctic, Central Canada, and Mexico will unite to showcase their vibrant traditions and flavours.
The exceptional line-up includes Executive Chef David Vinoya, Chef Trudy Metcalfe Coe, Chef Mario Mateo from Mexico, and Executive Chef Billy Alexander of Mādahòkì Farm.
Recognized for his leadership in Indigenous gastronomy, Billy brings over 25 years of culinary expertise, having worked with the Indigenous Tourism Association of Canada and made numerous National TV appearances. His cooking, deeply rooted in both Indigenous and Scottish heritage, celebrates ingredients from the natural world, what he calls the “original grocery store.”
