I (Pastor David) have had numerous conversations with folks about making tax advantaged donations to Knollwood. Some of this interest relates to our generosity initiative, Increase Our Reach, but it applies across giving seasons. Ever feel like you can't get ahead with money? You're not alone. You'd be surprised how many people feel that way. But there's hope—with a Financial Peace University class. Over nine weeks, you'll learn biblical principles for handling money that will give you peace with your finances. 6:30 p.m. on Thursdays.
Items Needed: Single serving size canned dried beans/vegetables/fruit/soup, 1 lb. boxed or bagged rice and pasta, 1 qt. cooking oil bottles, and masa flour. Email Pat O’Rourke to volunteer with food packing or distribution.
You are invited to a Ladies’ Night of Fun, Food, Fellowship and Faith. Get to know other women while playing an easy-to-learn, interactive game. Please RSVP by Thursday, October 16th so we know how many players to plan for. Bring a friend!
