TACVB and our host Visit Fort Worth are excited to welcome you to the 2025 Annual Conference September 3–5! Before you pack your boots and head our way, here’s everything you need to know to make the most of your conference experience...

WHAT TO BRING

  • Attire for the event and all social gatherings is business casual.
  • We recommend bringing a light jacket or sweater because meeting room temperatures can be challenging to regulate for the comfort of all guests.
  • We highly encourage you to bring your favorite reusable water bottle to stay hydrated throughout the event.
  • Your favorite leather good to have customized at our leather branding activation at the Opening Reception
  • A bottle of wine for the Wall of Wine raffle & fundraiser
  • Branded destination attire to wear for Spirit Day on Friday
  • Don't forget physical or digital business cards to exchange with your colleagues!


PARKING

Valet is the only parking option at the hotel and is currently $48 per night. Self parking is available nearby in city lots. We recommend the Houston Street Garage at $22/day located at 1200 Houston Street.


REGISTRATION

Registration & Badge Pickup will be held in the Texas Ballroom Foyer during the following times:

  • Wednesday, Sept. 3 - 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
  • Thursday, Sept. 4 - 9:00 am - 12:00 pm
  • Friday, Sept. 5 - 7:00am - 12:00 pm

**Your event badge will be REQUIRED for entry into all sessions and events, including the evening parties.


MEALS

Breakfasts and lunch will be served in Texas Ballroom EF. Vegetarian and Gluten Free options will be available in limited quantities and specific food items will be labeled. Only breakfast will be served on Friday, September 5th.

FORT WORTH DESTINATION TOUR

Wednesday, September 3rd 8:50am - 11:30am


Meet in the lobby promptly at 8:50am for transportation. You will be returned at 11:30am. Tour will be on 16-person group bicycles through Cowtown Cycle. Pre-registration was required and is now closed for this event.

The DMO 101 Course for our industry that provides the best overview of the Destination Organization space in one class. Pre-registration was required and is now closed for this event.
