WHAT TO BRING

Attire for the event and all social gatherings is business casual.

We recommend bringing a light jacket or sweater because meeting room temperatures can be challenging to regulate for the comfort of all guests.

We highly encourage you to bring your favorite reusable water bottle to stay hydrated throughout the event.

PARKING
Valet is the only parking option at the hotel and is currently $48 per night. Self parking is available nearby in city lots. We recommend the Houston Street Garage at $22/day located at 1200 Houston Street.
REGISTRATION
Registration & Badge Pickup will be held in the Texas Ballroom Foyer during the following times:
- Wednesday, Sept. 3 - 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
- Thursday, Sept. 4 - 9:00 am - 12:00 pm
- Friday, Sept. 5 - 7:00am - 12:00 pm
**Your event badge will be REQUIRED for entry into all sessions and events, including the evening parties.
MEALS
Breakfasts and lunch will be served in Texas Ballroom EF. Vegetarian and Gluten Free options will be available in limited quantities and specific food items will be labeled. Only breakfast will be served on Friday, September 5th.
