VIP Check-In & Early Access Reception: 5 p.m.

Formal Program Begins: 6:45 p.m.

Attire: Cocktail attire

Program Conclusion: Approximately 9 p.m.

PARKING & ARRIVAL

Please park in the lot accessible from S. Arville Street and enter through the Orleans Arena Southeast (SE) Entrance.

For your convenience, we've attached a map highlighting the designated parking area and event entrance.

No physical tickets are required! Simply provide your name at VIP Check-In, where our team will confirm your registration and provide your assigned table number.



We encourage you to arrive at 5 p.m. to take full advantage of your exclusive VIP reception experience before the evening's program begins.

VIP CHECK-IN & EARLY ACCESS RECEPTION

As a VIP guest, you'll enjoy exclusive early access to the evening's reception, beginning at 5 p.m., a full 30 minutes before general admission.

Upon entering through the Southeast Entrance, follow the signs to VIP Check-In and Private VIP Reception, located to your left. Our volunteers will welcome you, confirm your table assignment and greet you with a glass of champagne.

The VIP Early Access Reception, sponsored by Columbia Bank, features light passed appetizers, a private bar and an opportunity to connect with fellow guests, our award honorees, keynote speaker and sponsors, federal and local elected officials, and LVGEA leadership before the evening's festivities begin.

Change of plans? If someone will be attending in your place or you're no longer able to join us, please notify us by Wednesday, October 14, at brandons@lvgea.org so we can update your registration.

EVENT EXPERIENCES

Our cocktail hour, sponsored by Republic Services and HCA Healthcare, will feature several special experiences throughout the reception:

• Live Jazz: Enjoy the sounds of the Las Vegas Academy of the Arts Jazz Combo, sponsored by Caesars Entertainment.
• Ink Factory, sponsored by Boyd Gaming: Share your thoughts at the Ink Factory table, then watch as their artists bring the evening to life through live illustration throughout the program.
• Roving Performers: Enjoy special appearances by circus performers from Social CirKISH.
• Podcast Booth: Step into our audio-only booth and share your perspective on Southern Nevada's economic future. We'd love to hear your thoughts! We will provide a handful of questions that you can choose to answer!

DINNER & AWARDS PROGRAM

Beginning at 6:15 p.m., our team will guide guests to their assigned tables as we prepare for the evening's program.

Enjoy dinner and table wine, generously sponsored by Roseman University of Health Sciences, as we celebrate the remarkable achievements advancing Southern Nevada's economic future. The evening will be hosted by KTNV Channel 13 anchor Tricia Kean and feature a special keynote presentation from Jeremy Aguero of Applied Analysis.

Be sure to stay through the conclusion of the program for a special announcement marking an exciting new chapter for our organization!

Guests arriving after the program begins will be assisted to their tables by our event team.
