We are using two hotels – sister properties located adjacent to each other in downtown Portland, which are both Hilton Hotels. So be sure to check your hotel reservation to confirm which hotel you are staying at.

Get excited for the charity raffle! During the breaks, the raffle will be in the exhibit hall. Come check out all of the fun prizes and donate to our conference charity, OFSN. We accept cash and credit card donations. Raffle tickets are $1 each or get 25 for $20.

OFSN purpose is to connect, empower and educate families in creating positive outcomes for youth experiencing significant behavioral health challenges.

The photo booth will be available in the exhibit hall throughout the conference, but make sure to take fun photos during the Dinner Event on Wednesday evening.

Registration will be open from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm PT on Sunday, September 17, in the Plaza Foyer on the second level of the Hilton Portland Downtown. We encourage you to register as soon as possible to pick up your name badge and conference materials. If you need assistance during the conference, the registration staff can help you.  

Payments can be made at the onsite registration desk.

Early fall in Portland is mostly mild weather and partly sunny skies. The evenings can cool down, as can indoor spaces with air conditioning. Trying to find a room temperature at which everyone can be comfortable is nearly impossible. Therefore, we highly recommend you bring a sweater and light jacket and dress in layers so you can adjust accordingly.

Wednesday Dinner Event

We encourage you to think outside and wear something that represents your favorite outdoor activity. Dress casually and comfortably to enjoy a night of entertainment and fun!

The Hilton Portland Downtown has valet parking only for $55 per night. The Duniway Portland has valet parking for $55 per night and self parking for $33 per day.
