Meeting Date & Time
Conference sessions will begin on Wednesday, November 20 at 12:30 PM CT, with Strategic Priority Team meetings at 3:30 PM CT on the same day. The meeting will adjourn at 12:15 PM CT on Friday, November 22.

Travel to Hotel
Conveniently located in the heart of downtown Fort Worth, the Omni Fort Worth is located near Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (approximately 25-30 minutes) and Dallas Love Field Airport (approximately 40-45 minutes).
Taxi Service
- Taxi service to/from DFW Airport: Approximately $55 – 60 one way
- Taxi service to/from Love Field: Approximately $75 one way
Parking
- The overnight valet parking rate is $45 + tax
- Daily and event valet parking is $30 + tax (no in/out privileges)
- City-operated self-parking is $22 and is available at the city-operated garage adjacent to the hotel. The entrance is on 11th Street, one block north of the hotel.
Dress Code
The dress code for the event is business casual. And because meeting rooms can be chilly, a light sweater is also a great idea.
