We are so excited for you to attend the WICSEC 2022 Annual Training Conference in Santa Fe, New Mexico! The Conference will take place at the Santa Fe Community Convention Center (SFCCC), 201 W. Marcy Street.

Whova Conference App

Whova App Info Use the Whova conference app to plan your agenda, engage with other onsite and virtual attendees, and make WICSEC 2022 an educational and interactive experience. Please refer to the User Guide in the platform and learn more about its features.  The app is your go-to place for conference information. It's best to login using the same device that you will be using for the conference. Health and Safety

The WICSEC team is putting all available resources and expertise into ensuring we can host a safe and enjoyable conference. Hand sanitizing stations are located throughout the Convention Center, and masks are optional.

The Santa Fe Convention Center offers free wireless internet. Connect to the “ConventionCenter” wi-fi network, password: HOCO2022!

The photo booth is both in-person and virtual this year! We want to see pics of our conference attendees. Take a photo or upload a photo. Since this is a HOMECOMING, we'd love to see your high school senior photo. So dig it out and upload it to join the fun! The photo booth will be available in the exhibit hall throughout the conference, but make sure to take fun photos during the Homecoming Pep Rally and Tailgate Party on Wednesday evening. Do you need a new headshot photo? YoungWilliams is sponsoring a headshoot photo booth. Jonathan Sims and Mateo Perez from No Reservations Production will be taking headshot photos in the SFCCC Pre-Function area on Monday and Tuesday between 10:00 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.

WICSEC's Charity - NDI New Mexico

Support NDI New Mexico The charity raffle is back! During the breaks, the raffle will be in the exhibit hall. Come check out all of the fun prizes and donate to our conference charity, NDI New Mexico. We accept cash and credit card donations. NDI New Mexico has been engaging and motivating children through dance since 1994. They reach 7,500 children annually in over 87 schools in New Mexico.

Registration

Registration will be open from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm MT on Sunday, November 6, in the Santa Fe Community Convention Center Lobby. We encourage you to Register as soon as possible to pick up your name badge and conference materials. If you need assistance during the conference, the registration staff can help you.

Therapy Dogs

Therapy Dogs will be attending the conference from the Santa Fe Humane Society Pet Outreach Program. These licensed therapy dogs assist in hospitals, nursing homes, and retirement communities. They are here to provide comfort to you. Feel free to pet and love them. Learn more about the Santa Fe Humane Society’s Pet Outreach programs here. Rusty is an 18-month-old Goldendoodle. He is a licensed therapy dog who loves to give hugs. He is handled by local volunteer Becky Gerwin.

Suggested Dress

Santa Fe will be cold during the day at this time of year, and evenings can be VERY cold, as can indoor spaces with air conditioning. Trying to find a room temperature at which everyone can be comfortable is nearly impossible. Therefore, we highly recommend you bring a sweater and light jacket and dress in layers so you can adjust accordingly. Homecoming Pep Rally and Tailgate Party on Wednesday We encourage you to show your high school spirit by wearing something representing your high school or your school colors. Dress casually and comfortably to enjoy a night of dancing, games, and fun!

Parking

The SFCCC has a bi-level underground parking garage open from 7:00 am to 12:00 am (midnight). Rates are $1 for the first hour, $2 for the second hour, and each hour after that up to a $12 maximum. The city has metered parking, and public parking lots are available throughout the downtown area.

Access the survey for each session by clicking on the Session and look for the Rate Session Link at the top.

Continuing Legal Education (CLE) Credit

Some sessions are CLE eligible. If you would like a certificate, please make sure to add your contact information to the sign in sheets. Submit sessions for CLE credit to your state bar as allowed. Materials are available in the App.
