How do I check in?

Don't forget your ticket! Either pull up your ticket on your phone OR print it out. A staff member will be there to greet you and scan your ticket. You may hold up your ticket to the glass of your driver's side window for contactless check-in if you wish.

How long should I expect to wait?

Winter Wonderland can get very busy during peak hours between 6-9pm. Wait times can be up to an hour or more on peak nights in December! To beat the rush, make sure to arrive within the first hour of the show OR arrive from 9pm to close. The drive itself takes about 35 minutes once you're on the raceway.

We also have Toyota VIP Fast Lane tickets available all weekends and peak days (December 15th-25th) if you wish to skip the line. If you purchased a general admission ticket, click here to request an upgrade!

Can I get out of my vehicle during the show?

Short answer is NO! You cannot stop and get out of your vehicle on the track. It's unsafe and disrupts the show for others. Please keep moving with headlights turned off. Make sure the automatic setting on your headlights is turned off as well! The racetrack will already be lit with displays from a bajillion holiday lights!

Where's the restroom?

There are restrooms available in the main parking lot at Portland International Raceway before you get on the track. Just stay to the left once you enter the parking lot and look for the rectangular building near the ticketing area.

Can I bring my dog in my car?

Yes, you can bring your dog inside your car. However, we do not have an area for them to go potty — so make sure you take them out to go before bringing them to the show.

Are chains/studded tires allowed?

Chains and studded tires are NOT allowed at Portland International Raceway so that the raceway can remain smooth. No exceptions!

Can I ride in the back of a pickup bed?

Nope. This is safety hazard we simply cannot allow. 

What should I do if I can't find my ticket?

If you can't find your Winter Wonderland ticket in your inbox or junk folder, please email winterwonderland@sunshinedivision.org and we will be able to resend you your ticket!
