CHECK-IN

After parking, please walk through the atrium to check in at our registration table. There you will pick up your name badge, door prize ticket, program, and forms you need for credits.

CDA CEC CREDITS & VERIFIABLE TRAINING | ISA CREDITS

CDA Forms

When you check-in, you will receive a program, a CDA form for continuing education credits (CECs), and a CDA verifiable training form. You may not need both forms. If you need CECs from the CO Department of Agriculture, you will get that triplicate form signed at the back of the classroom at the end of each class. NOTE: Applicators must put their Pesticide Applicator License number in the QS/CO Identification. CDA no longer uses social security numbers to identify pesticide applicators.

Getting all initials and signatures on CEC Verification Form is ultimately the applicator's responsibility.

Entering sessions late or excusing oneself from sessions for phone calls, bathroom breaks, etc., is reason to have your session attendance verification denied.

  • CEC monitors will NOT verify attendance for any applicators missing more than 5 minutes of a 30-minute session or 10 minutes of a 60-minute session.
  • Applicants who challenge the CEC monitor's decision to deny credit will be referred to a CDA Representative.
  • It is the CDA's sole discretion on whether a CEC will be credited.

Unless the CEC Verification Form has been initialed and signed by an approved CEC Workshop Monitor, the CDA will not accept the CEC session as being attended, and NO CECs will be credited to your license.

  • An approved CEC Attendance Monitor must sign off (initial) on the CEC verification form after each CEC presentation to verify the applicator's attendance at that session.

ISA Credits

If you need ISA credits AND CDA credits, you will need to have both the CDA Triplicate form AND the ISA form signed. ISA forms are different forms than the CDA Triplicate form and will be at a separate table laid out at the back of each session. NOTE: For ISA credits, you will need to bring your ISA Certification Number.

ATTENDEE RESPONSIBILITIES

At the back of each class, we will have CALCP Leadership signing the CDA Forms, Verifiable Training Forms, and ISA forms. Getting your appropriate form(s) signed at the end of each class is your responsibility as is bringing your pesticide license number and/or ISA Certification number. We cannot verify that you were in the class after the fact. That must be done at the end of the class. We also cannot look up your license or certification numbers.

LET'S EAT!

At the start of each day, on-the-go breakfast will be available for registered attendees, speakers, and vendors. Kindly note that we ordered one breakfast per registrant. If you happen to take more than your share, someone else might miss out. But don’t worry—we’ve got fantastic lunch buffets lined up too. You won’t leave this conference hungry.

WHERE TO EAT

Morning Break (10 am): Enjoy muffins or pastries in the Exhibitor Atrium.

Lunch: Two buffet lines available. Once you've picked up your lunch, find a spot in the lobby area or the Green and Gold Rooms to dine.

BEEN THERE, SAT IN THAT!

Traffic starts before the sun comes up in Colorado. Please be sure to plan your commute to arrive in plenty of time to enjoy your breakfast sandwich, check-in, and be seated in the first class by 8 am.

IF YOU ARRIVE LATE, YOU MAY NEED TO SIT UP FRONT

We often find that people don't want to sit up in front or fill in between others. If you want the perfect seat, plan to arrive at the classroom a little early. If you arrive late, please walk down the aisle and look for an open seat so we do not have people standing in the back. We have reserved chairs in the back for people that have compromised immune systems.

CONNECT AND GREET!

Meeting new people is like unwrapping a gift! Take a moment to say hello to someone standing alone. Whether you’re a seasoned veteran or a first-time attendee, there’s a friendly face waiting to be discovered. Remember: You’re not alone—someone nearby is also navigating this exciting experience. Extend a warm welcome, and create lasting connections.

DOOR PRIZE TICKETS

When you pick up your name tag, a door prize ticket will be included. Please take some time during scheduled breaks to visit with each exhibitor and thank them. After visiting each table, deposit your ticket at the appropriate box for your desired door prize entry. Make sure to keep the other half of your ticket with your number.
