Room Seating/Capacity Policy
Be sure to allocate enough time to get to your preferred sessions. Seating in all sessions is on a first-come, first-serve basis, so we encourage you to arrive early to secure a seat in those sessions.

If you alter your itinerary, which you may do at any time, please select perimeter seating in those sessions, in consideration of those attendees who pre-registered.

Last But Not Least!
- It's looking to be quite hot and potentially a little wet while we're in Nashville, with highs in the 90s. But that doesn't mean the hotel won't get chilly. Be sure to bring a layer in case you're in a cold room.
