PROJECT SPOTLIGHT

Oceans Five, a 50-year-old association, experienced damage during the 2022 hurricanes. A full balcony replacement was deemed necessary due to advanced chloride contamination after nearly 50 years in a corrosive coastal environment.


Working with Keystone Engineering & Consulting, they underwent restoration to repair the hurricane damage and restore the integrity and appearance of the building.

Keystone Engineering & Consulting is a proud community supporter and 2024 sponsor of the Kiwanis Club Masquerade Ball. This fundraising event is held annually by the Kiwanis Club of Cocoa Beach to support local children in need. Since 2000, the club has donated more than $650,000 to the local community including college scholarships, playground and track facilities, Thanksgiving dinners, and many other worthy causes.

MEET OUR STAFF

Chuck, a United States Marine Corps veteran, has had a long and distinguished career in the concrete construction industry. Chuck is our Vice President and Construction Services Manager. He oversees condominium restoration projects, including structural repairs, concrete restorations, waterproofing, roofing, coating and painting, railing replacements, windows/doors, and related project activities.


Chuck is an American Concrete Institute Field Testing Technician Grade 1 and a Florida Certified General Contractor. Over the years, Chuck has held many licenses, including Class C Drinking Water Treatment Operator, Registered Specialty Structure Contractor, Certified Specialty Structure Contractor, and Community Association Manager.


Chuck is based out of our Daytona office and has been with Keystone for 14 years.
