More than 135 alumni of IASA's Aspiring Superintendent Academy have gone on to lead school districts across Illinois. If you're considering the superintendency, this is where that journey begins.

The superintendents who lead this program make the experience as engaging as it is practical. They bring real stories, hard-won lessons, and an energy that brings the work to life — moving well beyond theory into honest conversations, hands-on simulations, and meaningful mentorship that sticks with you long after the week ends.

You'll sharpen your thinking and build artifacts that reflect the realities of the superintendency today. Mock interviews with professional search firms round out the experience, so when that first opportunity arises, you're not just prepared — you're confident.

Register today and take a meaningful next step in your leadership journey.
