Hi there!
We all know a person who always seems to find the right words. When they present, people are interested. When friends or family are upset, they comfort them. And when they need to defend themselves, they are clear and forceful.
You wish you could be clear and forceful in ways that helped (instead of clearly saying the wrong thing). You might have trouble being heard, or you might have trouble knowing when to stop talking. Sometimes, you might be looking for a way to say the right thing while the moment passes.
No training will give you the right words in every situation. But training in NLP, as you train in a certification program, gives you the basic skills for speaking up when speaking is useful and for staying quiet when the words rushing into your mind won't help.
When you begin to know yourself as presence, and awareness, and direction, you find it easier to choose words that are true to yourself and true to your reason for speaking. You become clearer sometimes, and more agreeable at others. And sometimes, you let your actions speak instead.
It's not always easy. There will still be times when you have mixed feelings or have to respond to a mixed message. But it's always better to be able to see that you have choices than to be stuck with the words that fell out of your mouth. . . or the words you are afraid to say.
I studied language for more than 20 years before I found NLP. I have studied NLP for more than 20 years because it helps people improve their communication faster than any of the textbook approaches. I love it when people come back with their stories of dealing with difficult supervisors and difficult teens and the people they love and connect with more deeply now.
A month or two can seem like a long time, but you've been building your communication patterns for your whole life. To me, it's amazing how much improvement you can start in just eight days of training.
It begins with a decision. The next course begins April 10. Text or call me at 289-242-5089 if you'd like to join us,
