Monday – Thursday: 9:30 am – 5:00 pm
Friday: 9:30 am – 3:00 pm

Due to a current staff shortage and upcoming High Holidays we need office volunteers! We are looking for office volunteers either in person or virtually. Please contact Lisa Kaufman, Office Manager, if you are available.

To attend our in-person services, please RSVP and upload your proof of vaccination using the form on our website. Your documentation will not be stored. Masks and proof of COVID-19 vaccination are required for indoor services. Children over age 12 are required to be vaccinated to attend services, and children under age 12 are welcome but will need to wear masks if they are over 3 years old.

Minyan is now in-person and will continue to be available via Zoom. Enter directly into the Pepper Chapel at the northwest part of the building.

Also, if you have any borrowed siddurim, chumashim, or machzorim at home please make sure to return them to the synagogue.
MAXINE KATZ'S BAT MITZVAH SERVICE
SATURDAY, AUGUST 7TH AT 9:30 AM
Join us next week, Saturday, August 7th as Maxine Katz becomes a Bat Mitzvah! This will be a Reform Bat Mitzvah beginning at 9:30 am and will largely be in American Sign Language with screens for interpreters.

Rabbi Rebecca Dubowe of Moses Montefiore Temple in Bloomington, Illinois will be giving the guest sermon at our Erev Shabbat service. Rabbi Dubowe is one of only a few deaf rabbis in the nation.

Transformation of Judaism: 2nd Temple & Rabbinic Period

The 2021/2022 school year begins on Sunday, August 29th!
We have a great year planned with in-person classes, Tefillah with Cantor Sharon Brown-Levy, enrichment classes, All Things Israel with Talia Goldberg our community Shicha, holiday parties, the 10th grade L'Taken trip, the 8th/9th grade Los Angeles trip, fundraising events, a babysitting hour before Yeladim, and much more.
WE'RE HIRING: RELIGIOUS SCHOOL ASSISTANT
This position will be about 10 hours per week during religious school hours on Sundays and Wednesdays. Some of the duties will include helping out in the RSRS office, answering phones, getting supplies, books, and materials ready for the school year, getting snacks, and taking attendance.
