Sunday Schmooze with Kelly Baron on Sunday, November 3rd at 9:30am

Celebrate the "fall back" at the end of daylight saving time by talking about the importance of sleep! How much sleep do you need to be healthy? Is it possible to sleep too much? What behaviors are good for sleep? The field of sleep science has been studying these questions for over 50 years, but did you know that our ancestors had some of these answers? Join Kol Ami Member, Kelly Baron, for a discussion about sleep health, including some biblical perspectives.

RSVP TO SCHMOOZE!

If you are unable to make the event live, please contact Danny Burman for the recording.
