Volunteer Opportunities
PEANUT BUTTER DONATIONS NEEDED!

The Full Plate Kosher Food Pantry (KFP) has an urgent need for chunky peanut butter, other nut butter, and jar spaghetti sauce. Please bring your KOSHER food donation to the donation box in the Temple Emanu-El lobby at 99 Taft Avenue.
 
Additional KOSHER items that KFP is always looking for: crackers; healthier cereal (cheerios, raisin bran, bran flakes, etc); oatmeal (boxed packets or canisters); sugar free cookies; granola bars and protein bars; jelly or jams; kasha
Shabbat Greeters
Each Shabbat we like to have friendly, welcoming members greeting each person who comes through the doors. If you are outgoing and interested in volunteering, we need you! There will be a brief training.

BAKERS NEEDED!

Cookies, brownies or bars are needed that will be added as dessert to over 200 bagged lunches given out weekly by either McAuley House or Help the Homeless, RI.  

Please make a double batch of your favorite cookie/brownie or bar. Put a generous portion (2-3 cookies depending on the size) into a snack or sandwich sized bag and deliver them to either Paula Goldberg 47 Paine Ave. Cranston, RI or Barbara Dwares 46 Balsam Court Cranston RI. Call Paula 941-2042 or Barbara 474-8276 with any questions.

Please nominate a teen leader: Calling All Teen Leaders!
The JNF is seeking nominations for teen leaders to take part in a special Muss High School in Israel program next year. They are providing $15,000 off the approximately $23,000 cost. However, the Jewish Alliance also offers stipends and scholarships. The deadline for applications for this special program is January 31.
